You'll help turn customer signals into relevant journeys, next-best actions and measurable growth. - Build and improve lifecycle programmes that help businesses realise value from Airwallex's products at each stage of their journey. - Partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, Data and Engineering to turn customer signals into relevant journeys, next-best actions and measurable growth. - Use experimentation, automation and customer insight to identify opportunities, improve performance and scale what works. You'll work from our Amsterdam office three days a week. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Essentials - Experience owning lifecycle, CRM, growth marketing or customer engagement programmes end to end. - A track record of using customer data, segmentation and experimentation to improve activation, retention or expansion. - Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, Data and Engineering teams. - Strong commercial and analytical judgment, with the ability to connect customer behaviour to business outcomes. - Experience operating in a high-growth environment where priorities evolve and you're expected to create structure from ambiguity. Preferred - Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, payments or another complex product environment. - Experience building automated, multi-channel customer journeys at scale. - Familiarity with marketing automation, customer data platforms, experimentation tools or product-led growth systems. You’ll build high-traffic platforms, experimentation frameworks, and intelligent decision systems that turn signals—such as company profile, product usage, lifecycle stage, behavior, and intent—into personalized journeys, next-best actions, and measurable incremental value. The work spans both human + AI and autonomous operating models: AI-native tools that increase the leverage of growth teams, alongside agentic workflows that can research opportunities, launch and optimize campaigns, orchestrate customer journeys, and measure outcomes within clear strategies and guardrails.
