Read our operating principles https://www.airwallex.com/en-us/operating-principles to see it in full.   HOW YOU'LL MAKE IMPACT Own the commercial strategy and revenue operations backbone for Airwallex’s fast-growing UK & Ireland business, helping the region deliver against its growth ambition while building the foundations for sustainable growth. - Drive high-impact, cross-functional priorities from strategy through execution, turning them into practical systems and operating rhythms. - Partner with commercial leadership as a local strategic advisor, providing performance and forecasting support, running country QBRs and driving improvements across the business. - Build the operational infrastructure for the UK & Ireland commercial teams, including territory development and management, AI tooling and insight-led performance tracking. - Improve commercial workflows and reporting by applying AI-driven tools and automation. - Align Sales, Marketing, Operations, Product, Engineering, Compliance and Legal around regional priorities, connecting local needs with global teams and helping the business make better decisions faster. You'll work from our London office three days a week. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR ESSENTIALS - 3–5 years of work experience, ideally with a mix of top-tier strategy consulting and/or high-growth startup experience, including meaningful time focused on commercial strategy or revenue operations. - Strong analytical skills, including data modelling and experience working with data reporting tools. - Experience owning processes end to end, building scalable systems and tooling, and maintaining high standards of data quality and hygiene. - Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority. - Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills. - A track record of taking ownership, driving tangible outcomes and getting things done in ambiguous environments. - An outstanding record of academic achievement. PREFERRED - Experience in a high-growth fintech, financial services or technology environment. - Experience with complex, cross-functional commercial operations and scaling go-to-market processes. - Experience using AI-driven tools and automation to streamline commercial workflows and reporting.
