ABOUT THE ROLE ElevenLabs has grown to over 1,000 in three years, and the rate of growth is not slowing down. As Talent Lead, you will be in charge of one of the most visible and impactful functions in the company: hundreds of hires a quarter across Research, Engineering, GTM and Operations, in one of the most competitive talent markets in history. You’ll move Talent from a high-volume recruiting engine to a strategic partner that tells leaders what is achievable, and you’ll rebuild how we hire using the same AI products we make. You'll run the entire Talent team (currently 20 - 30 recruiters, sourcers, and talent operations) across verticals, setting the strategy, building the systems, and staying hands-on where it matters. You'll report directly to the Operations Lead and be a close partner to the People team. This isn't a pure executive role - we want someone who still loves the craft of recruiting and can model what great looks like for the team around them. The right person has done this before at scale - at a company that grew fast and hired harder. Your team will look to you not just for direction, but as someone they can genuinely learn from.
