ABOUT THE ROLE We're looking for someone to join our Revenue Strategy & Operations team to play a key role in building the operational backbone behind our partner ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of technical problem-solving and operational excellence. You'll own the systems, automations, data, and dashboards that help our Partnerships team source, co-sell, and scale revenue through resellers, referral partners, technology partners, and strategic alliances. Each Revenue Strategy & Operations team member is a dedicated partner to a specific go-to-market function. In this role, you'll be the strategic and operational counterpart to Partnerships leadership. You'll also work closely with Sales, Account Management, Finance, Data, and Product to make partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue visible, measurable, and repeatable. IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR - Partner Lifecycle & Process Management: Design, build, and maintain end-to-end processes for the partner journey, including onboarding, deal registration, lead and referral routing, co-sell workflows, and payout or commission handling.
