ABOUT THE ROLE We’re looking for an IT Support Engineer based out of our New York office. This is a hybrid role - 4 days per week on-site and one day working from home.   WHAT YOU'LL DO - Device lifecycle management: assist with laptop procurement, setup, returns, and secure wiping - Office IT support: provide on-hand support to our colleagues in our New York office, as well as support with expansions and/or office buildouts - AV support: ensure meeting rooms and AV equipment are running reliably - End-user support: be the first point of contact for the team by logging, prioritising and resolving support tickets in a timely manner, keeping end users informed throughout. - Onboarding: run IT onboarding calls for new joiners - New IT projects: contribute to IT initiatives - Automation and tooling: build automations and Slack bots to streamline repetitive work - Documentation: write and maintain clear internal IT documentation and guides (fixes, processes and playbooks) to continue building out our internal knowledge base WHAT YOU BRING - A friendly, end-user focused attitude.
