Social Media Working Student (m/f/d) Join us as a Social Media Working Student and help Qonto build its presence wherever our customers engage. You’ll create content that captures attention, work on creator and event activations, and shape the social formats we test next. You’ll work directly with Beate from our Social Media team, under the guidance of Laura Günder, Head of Marketing Central Europe. What you’d be part of 2026, a few projects we ran: - Accelerated by Qonto: A pop-up store in Berlin Mitte where young founders get a week each to show their products. In October, four female-founded brands won a week, with an opening party, a female health and supplements program, and breathwork and yoga sessions. - Events across Germany: Bits & Pretzels in Munich (including a founders hike), OMR in Hamburg (including female founder side events), and more. - Ambassador campaign (December): We’re teaming up with a major German influencer and founder of one of the country’s most successful fashion brands. Who it is stays secret for now ;) 2027, a glimpse of what’s coming: a Qonto truck at CSD Berlin with influencer and podcast collaborations, new social-first brand activations (we’d love your ideas), many more events, and new social formats to test. ➡️ What you’ll do - Create social content: Write copy, design graphics and produce short-form video, including on-camera appearances, using a clear hook-story-CTA structure. - Scout creators and customers: Find influencers and Qonto customers worth featuring, based on reach, niche and brand fit. - Amplify events: Produce content before, during and after events and run giveaways or raffles. - Keep our presence alive: Monitor competitors and manage community interactions. - Bring your own ideas: Pitch new formats and social-first activations for us to test. ➡️ What we’re looking for - Fluent German and strong English: you write copy that resonates with German SMEs and communicate comfortably in English. - A Master’s in Communication, Media, Business or a related field, with 1 to 2 years of study remaining. - Experience creating content in front of and behind the camera, so it feels authentic. - Strong organizational skills: you keep events, creator collaborations and giveaways on track with several people involved. - Comfort with AI tools for content creation, research or reporting. ➡️ What we can offer you - Direct ownership: from scripting a creator video to runni
