Field Sales Territory Manager - Antwerp

Team description Small businesses rely on people they can meet face to face, and our field sales team is how SumUp shows up for them on the ground. As that team grows, we're looking for a Territory Manager in Antwerp to lead a team of 8 to 12 field sales reps, coaching them to visit the right merchants, grow their patch and increase the payment volume each customer brings. This role matters now because strong local leaders keep the whole field motion running well, and you'll have real ownership over your team's results, who thrives in it and how your territory grows. What you'll do • Lead, coach and motivate a team of 8 to 12 field sales reps, managing them directly • Guide your team to focus on the right merchants, meaning businesses with higher payment volumes • Reach your sales quotas, with the aim of hitting target by your third month • Grow your territory by increasing the monthly payment volume per customer and the income each location generates • Regularly review your team's performance and strengths, so you know who's thriving and who needs more support • Work closely with sales leadership and our operations teams to keep improving how the field team works What you'll bring • Experience selling digital payments to small and medium sized businesses, with SaaS sales as a bonus • Solid field sales experience, and a real feel for what it takes to win a merchant in person • Track record of leading field sales teams, whether freelancers or employees • Outstanding communication skills and strong knowledge of the Antwerp area • A competitive mindset, a team first approach and a get up and do it attitude Why you should join SumUp • 🌎 Opportunity to work with SumUppers globally on fintech products used by millions of businesses worldwide, from Antwerp • 🌈 Be part of an inclusive and collaborative environment where different perspectives are valued • 🔗 Receive additional rewards through our employee referral programme when referring talents to join our team About SumUp Be empowered to do more that matters.
