Explore your future career  🔭   Malt is looking for its next Project Partner (Recruitment Consultant) in Paris to support its growth. Joining our Community department and working closely with Sales and Account Management, you will focus on the French market while collaborating with our international teams across Europe. Partnering with Key Account Managers, you will manage freelance staffing and delivery for our portfolio of major enterprise clients.     Key responsibilities ✨ • Needs Discovery: Qualify and refine hiring requirements for key accounts. • Sourcing & Matching: Identify and shortlist top freelance talent using the Malt platform. • Screening & Presentation: Vet candidates and pitch profiles through structured, high-impact proposals. • Recruitment Advisory: Guide and support both clients and freelancers throughout the evaluation process. • Deal Closing: Partner with Key Account Managers to secure contracts and finalize signings. • Continuous Improvement: Proactively suggest enhancements to optimize workflows, processes, and delivery tools. 💼 Why should I choose this mission? • Hybrid Role: Blend recruitment expertise with sales impact on strategic Key Accounts. • Collaborative Environment: Partner closely with Key Account Managers and squad consultants. • Modern Tooling: Leverage AI-powered sourcing and matching tools. • Measurable Impact: Play a pivotal role with a direct, trackable influence on company revenue. • Growth & Evolution: Strong career progression opportunities within a rapidly expanding team. • Onboarding & Coaching: Comprehensive training and dedicated mentoring to accelerate your development. About you 🧑‍🚀 • Experience: 1–3 years in recruitment or client facing environments working with B2B Key Accounts • Commercial Mindset: Strong interpersonal skills, sales-driven, and highly results-oriented. • Soft Skills: Rigorous, organized, adaptable, and eager to learn. • Education: Bachelor’s degree minimum (Business, HR, or related field). • Languages: Native/fluent French (French market focus) and professional English proficiency.
