We are now looking for a Senior Automation Lead to be the organization's primary automation expert and help shape what comes next. About the roleAs Senior Automation Lead, you will be the technical leader and strategic driver for automation at Nederman's Operational Technology Center (OTC). You will shape the future of our control systems and automation platforms, ensuring robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions across our product portfolio. As the organization's foremost automation expert, you will provide technical direction, establish engineering standards, and guide key architectural decisions. A significant part of your role will be fostering technical excellence within the automation team through mentoring, coaching, and knowledge sharing. You will help build a strong automation capability that supports current product development and future innovation. While your primary focus will be automation and control systems, you will work closely with colleagues in software development, electronics, product management, and other engineering teams to ensure successful integration and alignment across solutions. This is a technical leadership role without formal personnel responsibility based on-site in Helsingborg. Profile and experience To be successful in this role you need At least 8 years of experience in industrial automation, control systems, or Operational Technology, with several years in a senior technical role.
