Head of Data & Analytics Do you want to build the foundation for how data is governed, managed and used across a global organization? Troax is strengthening its global IT organization and establishing Data & Analytics as a core enterprise capability. We are now looking for a Head of Data & Analytics who wants to take a key role in this transformation and help enable a more data-driven Troax. You will be given the mandate to build the Data & Analytics capability from the ground up, creating the structures, governance and common data foundation needed to make critical information trusted, accessible and useful across the organization. You will work across the organization, bringing together business, IT, data owners and external partners, while collaborating closely with specialists in areas such as Architecture, AI & Automation, Enterprise Integrations and Business Applications. Key responsibilities: Define and drive the Data & Analytics strategy and roadmap. Establish Data Governance, data ownership and data quality across the Group. Develop Troax’s approach to Master Data Management and establish and develop a common Data Foundation. Create a coherent global approach to BI, analytics and reporting. Ensure that critical data is trusted, accessible and useful to the business. Establish principles, standards and governance for data management. Build and coordinate a virtual data organization with relevant data owners and specialists. Coordinate internal capabilities and set requirements for external partners.
