Software Engineer

We're looking for a Software Engineer to join Censhine. Censhine is a technology company within the Centiro Group, building for complex, business-critical work. We develop connected systems shaped around how organizations operate, with AI deeply integrated into the technology and human judgement firmly in the lead. Our first major implementation has been developed in close partnership with Cedra, one of Sweden's leading audit, law and advisory firms. Together, we're building technology around the realities of their business, with the platform already supporting thousands of users across the organization. The impact you'll make As Software Engineer, you'll play a central role in building and evolving the Censhine platform. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves creating great software. You'll spend most of your time designing, developing and improving the product, transforming ideas and customer needs into reliable, scalable solutions that make a real difference for users. At the same time, you'll help shape the technical direction of the platform. You'll influence architectural decisions, drive technical improvements and ensure that what we build today supports where we want to go tomorrow. The work you'll do Design, develop and continuously improve features and capabilities across the Censhine platform. Build scalable, maintainable and high-quality solutions that create real customer value. Translate customer and business needs into robust software and great user experiences. Contribute to architecture and technical decisions that support long-term growth, performance and reliability. Work across the full development lifecycle: design, code, test, deploy and improve.
