Privacy policy

Short version: Havn only stores what you give us to use the service. We don't sell data, we don't show ads, and we don't use tracking cookies.

Who is responsible

Havn is run by LID CREATIVE CO (sole proprietorship), org. no. 934 368 932, Rogalandsgata 32, 4011 Stavanger, Norway. Contact: havn.careerhub@gmail.com.

What we store

Your email address when you sign in (we send a sign-in link – no password).
Applications you send with Quick apply: name, email, phone, CV link and note. They are shared only with the employer you apply to and Havn's administrator.
Weekly job digest: your email and the search you saved.
Job posts and reports you send to us.

Saved jobs, your CV text for matching and your application tracker are kept on your own device and are not sent to us.

AI features

If you use an AI tool (for example matching your CV or writing a job post), the text needed for that answer is sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, to create the reply. We only send what's needed for that request.

Jobs from other sources

Some jobs come from NAV's public job database (arbeidsplassen.no), Jobicy and Arbeitnow. When you apply for those, you go to the employer's or source's own page, and their privacy terms apply there.

Who processes data for us

Supabase (database and sign-in), servers in the EU (Ireland).
GitHub Pages (hosting of the website).
Anthropic (AI answers, only when you use an AI tool).
Google Fonts (loads the fonts; your browser contacts Google to fetch them).

How long we keep it

We keep your data while you use Havn. You can delete your account and data at any time by emailing us, and we do it within 30 days. Applications are deleted after 12 months.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, and object to how it's used. Email us and we'll answer within 30 days. You can also complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).

Children

Havn is meant for people aged 16 and over.

Vi lagrer bare det du gir oss for å bruke tjenesten: e-postadressen din når du logger inn, søknader du sender med Hurtigsøk (deles kun med arbeidsgiveren og Havns administrator), e-post og søk for ukentlig oversikt, og annonser eller rapporter du sender. Lagrede jobber, CV for matching og søknadsoversikten ligger på din egen enhet. Når du bruker en KI-funksjon, sendes teksten som trengs til vår KI-leverandør Anthropic. Vi selger ikke data, viser ikke reklame og bruker ikke sporingscookies. Databehandlere: Supabase (EU/Irland), GitHub Pages, Anthropic og Google Fonts. Du kan be om innsyn, retting, eksport eller sletting når som helst på havn.careerhub@gmail.com, og du kan klage til Datatilsynet.
