Why must I show the salary?
Listings with pay get more relevant applicants and fewer drop-outs late in the process. A range is fine, and so is an hourly rate.
What does "remote from" mean?
It says where a remote hire can legally live and work, for example "Europe" or "Norway". It saves you from applicants you cannot employ.
How long does a post stay up?
30 days. After that it closes automatically, so the board never shows stale jobs. You can extend it if you are still hiring.
Is it free for job seekers?
Yes, always. Havn earns from employers who want more reach, never from the people looking for work.
Can I post in Norwegian or Romanian?
Yes. Write the listing in the language you work in. Candidates can filter by the country they live in.
Can recruitment agencies post?
Yes, but agency jobs are labelled, and candidates can choose to see direct employers only.
How do I pay?
After review we send an invoice for paid plans. Standard posts are free during the launch period.
